A message from Arc XP’s President, Miki King

On behalf of our team at Arc XP, I would like to thank each of our customers and partners for your ongoing support and partnership. As we continue to grow on a global scale, Arc XP remains committed to accelerating and elevating our customers’ business transformation and delivering the best, most impactful digital experiences possible. We have made great progress with our customers over the past year, and we look forward to building on that success in 2023. With the excitement and planning of the new year well underway and 2023 in full swing, I am pleased to share and highlight three key areas of focus for Arc XP over the coming year:

Deepen partnerships with rapidly scaling customers

In 2022, we made a major strategic shift in our business to a customer-centric organization with the launch of our combined Customer Success and Customer Enablement team. Under the leadership of a proven Customer Success leader with the vision to strengthen partnerships and ensure that we are far exceeding customers’ expectations, we are well-poised to deliver on even the most challenging tasks ahead and to support each of our customers in their business transformation.

Last year, we were thrilled to be back on the road meeting with customers, hearing their challenges firsthand and helping them solve problems in real time, up close and in person. The value of these engagements is unmatched, and we look forward to increasing our customer visits throughout the coming year.

Following last year’s launch of the Arc XP Community, 2023 will also mark the return of Arc XP Connect, our customer conference formerly known as Arc Con. Arc XP Connect – Americas in Costa Rica in April and Arc XP Connect – Europe this fall will provide our customers the opportunity to learn about new features and functionality, engage with the Arc XP team and our partners, share best practices with peers, and explore ways to further their business objectives.

Accelerate targeted global growth

The past year has proved yet again that we bring exponential value to customers beyond the continental U.S. From Paris to Seoul and Toronto to Buenos Aires, Arc XP customers represent 28 nations across nearly every continent.

With overwhelming interest coming from both media and nonmedia organizations in Latin America and the EMEA regions, we are doubling down on our resources and services in these areas, with professional roles recently filled and newly opened to support our customers’ needs and growth potential in these markets.

Set the gold standard for integrated content platform solutions

To borrow from our friends in the airline industry, we know our customers have many choices in deciding where to invest their technology budget. We also know that long before customers meet us, they have often invested heavily in systems that may no longer meet or only partially meet their evolving needs.

At Arc XP, our goal is to support customers wherever they are in their digital evolution and optimization journey. We help customers migrate to fully integrated solutions – solutions that allow them the flexibility to build, grow and achieve their strategic objectives, today and tomorrow. Whether that means employing favorite point solutions in concert with Arc XP as part of a composed tech stack or by using Arc XP’s full offering to replace legacy systems, we are proud to offer the best, most flexible integrated content platform solution on the market.

We are excited to enter 2023 stronger and on a more aggressive trajectory than ever. We have invested more than $100 million to date to build the Arc XP business, and we are aggressively funded to continue growing as part of a multiyear strategy devoted to rapid expansion of large, global businesses with content at their center. 2023 is set to be our biggest year of growth yet in terms of new customers as well as the customer-facing team members who work with them. We know that our customers put the trust of their business in Arc XP, and we are focused on growing for and with our customers over the years to come.

Whether you are a newly launched media organization rapidly growing its audience, or a household news source with an eye toward innovation; a broadcaster expanding its reach by acquiring new stations, or an emerging brand that strives to grow its market share, our dedicated teams across Arc XP remain committed to serving each of you in achieving your business goals.
