Workshop on “Unlocking Value with Automation” at Arc XP Connect London
The “Unlocking Value with Automation” workshop at Arc XP Connect featured Steven Thomas, VP of Product at XLMedia, Luis Magaña, VP of Engineering at XLMedia, and Javier Frank, Global Director of Customer Success at Arc XP. The session focused on how automation and AI can simplify workflows, extend content reach, and drive business growth in media organizations.
A key example from XLMedia demonstrated how they used Arc XP’s Integration Framework (IFX) to automate the placement and updating of affiliate offers across multiple websites. This streamlined workflow reduced manual processes, improved targeting, and optimized page performance without affecting SEO or user experience.
Participants were then invited to brainstorm automation use cases for their own organizations, such as automating sports matchups for personalized offers and enabling real-time collaboration on live content. These ideas showed how automation can address common industry challenges.
The session concluded with an ideation exercise where attendees identified actionable automation ideas, considering the resources needed, challenges, and business value.
