Arc XP leadership announcement from William Lewis, Publisher & CEO of The Washington Post
Hello Arc XP clients and partners –
Thanks to your partnership, the Arc XP team entered this year following record 2023 achievements, including closing its strongest year ever with more customer logos, increased SaaS recurring revenue and triple-digit net revenue retention with existing customers. We’re excited to continue Arc XP’s aggressive global growth this year.
I am delighted to announce that Matt Monahan, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, will assume the role of president of Arc XP on April 1. It follows the decision of Miki King, current president of Arc XP, to step down at the end of March to take on a new external opportunity.
Matt has been with The Post since 2011 and co-founded Arc XP in 2016. As chief technology officer, Matt led the creation of Arc XP’s award-winning content management and digital experience solutions that ensure deep product market-fit for clients around the world. Matt also laid its business foundation, including the go-to-market motion, customer engagement model and key business functions. Many of the functionalities you use every day in your Arc XP experience are a direct result of Matt’s leadership.
You may also know Matt through interactions over the years – from sales to success – and he has expressed to me the importance of your relationship. Matt’s steadfast leadership will continue to guide Arc XP’s sustainable and scalable business for both our customers and our company.
Please join me in congratulating Matt on his new role as Arc XP president. I am confident this transition will be seamless and will amplify Arc XP’s commitment to our customers this year. and I want to thank you for your ongoing partnership.
Do not hesitate to reach out to me directly with any questions and I very much look forward to meeting you in the near future.
